Walking (Open)

Ashellie left her home with her older brother Bradley, and ran out into the tall grasses that came up to her waist. She could feel the brizzles beneath her feet and under her flower pink gown. Her curly blonde hair flowed in the wind as she ran and she stopped atop a hill. She watched as a butterfly circled her and then fluttered above her.

Christabelle was walking along the outskirts of the forest and saw a girl and what she guessed to be her brother walking in the field and sighed. She missed her family dearly, being born with only her grandmother. She ran her hand through her long curly black tresses and smiled seeing a butterfly fluttering around the girl.

Ashellie laughed and watched her brother leave. He normally didn't like running around outside as much as she did. The butterfly landed on her finger and she smiled. A shiver went down her spine with a feeling of being watched.

Christabelle keeped her distance and walked further back into the woods laughing silently watching the girl play with the butterfly. She didn't mean to stare at the girl but something had almost drawn her to keep an eye on her.

Christabelle slowly backed into the forests and someone grabbed a hold of her, "Let me go!" she exclaimed trying to fight her way free.

Ashellie's head turned sharply towards the forest. "Whose there?" She gasped as the sky began to blacken.

"I demand you let go of me this instant!" she exlcaimed kicking. Her captor laughed, "I can't do that miss." he said in a malious tone.

Ashellie left the hill towards the woods and noticed another girl being held by a black figure. She grabbed a large stick and raised it above her head. "How about this?" she brought the stick down striking him in the back of the head.

Whatever had a hold of Christabelle immediately dropped her and grabbed his head.She immediately stood up and faced the creature, but looked at the girl, "You should get out of here." she said

Ashellie smirked. "You kidding, I never get to have any fun at home. " She said straightening herself. "Besides, he's just a human." She threw the stick aside and looked at her. "Wanna have some fun?"

She smirked as the human man cowered between the two girl and she took on a fighting stance.

Christabelle kicked him in the stomach and smiled. "I can't have all the fun around here." she said to the other girl smiling.

"I know," she said and grabbed his arm as he started falling backwards. She spun slightly and slammed him into a tree.

"Oh, I'm Christy by the way." she said before punching the guy in the face.

She flinched hearing his nose crush at her kick, "Nice one." she said punching the guy in his already messed up face.

Ashellie's pointed ears flickered from dogs barking. "We need to go," she grabbed her arm tugging towards the forest.

Christabelle heard the dogs barking, "No, there coming from that way." she said pulling Ashellie in the other direction.

"Oh no," she said looking for a place to go, "Where to?" she asked curiously.

Ashellie looked around as the dogs barker drew closer. "This way, we go up." She grabbed Christabelle's arm and grabbed ahold of a low hanging tree branch and pulled them both into it. "Guess I'm glad for hunting skills." She said sitting on her hunches, fading into the leaves.
